Wind Chill Advisory until 11:00AM Monday

* WHAT...Freezing rain this morning. Very cold wind chills expected tonight and Monday morning. Additional ice accumulations of a light glaze. Wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero expected.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Washington County. In West Virginia, Hampshire, Morgan and Berkeley Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM EST early this morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery roads this morning. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN ... HAMPSHIRE ... WASHINGTON ... BERKELEY
