Wind Chill Advisory until 12:00PM Monday

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills expected. The combination of winds and cold temperatures will produce wind chill readings of 15 to 20 below zero tonight through Monday morning.

* WHERE...Southeast Michigan.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to noon EST Monday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: MIDLAND ... LENAWEE ... OAKLAND ... BAY ... GENESEE ... SAGINAW ... MONROE ... LAPEER ... ST. CLAIR ... WASHTENAW ... WAYNE ... TUSCOLA ... LIVINGSTON ... MACOMB ... SHIAWASSEE
