* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation changing to all snow through late evening. Storm total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph, resulting in blowing snow and near blizzard conditions.
* WHERE...Portions of East Central and Southeast Indiana and Central, Southwest and West Central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST Sunday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. Power outages will also be possible.
