The city of Dearborn has declared a snow emergency to be effective at 9pm on Saturday, Jan.19th, 2019.
As of 9pm Saturday, all parked vehicles must be removed from city streets to allow for safe and efficient snowplowing. Parked vehicles will be ticketed. Tickets are $80.
Outdoor sirens will sound at 9pm and 10 pm on Saturday, Jan 19th announcing the snow emergency. They will sound again at 9am and 10 am on Sunday, Jan.20th as snow plowing continues.
