Winter Storm Warning and Snow Emergency 
The City of Sun Prairie will be declaring a Snow Emergency:
Beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18, 2019 and continuing until 12:00 noon on Saturday, January 19, 2019 a Snow Emergency will be declared.
A Snow Emergency means that there is no parking on ANY City street until 12:00 noon, on Saturday, January 19, 2019 or until the Snow Emergency has been canceled.
Vehicles parked on the street in violation of this ordinance can be ticketed ($50 fine) and may be towed.
Instructions:
Avoid travel if at all possible and remove all vehicles from city streets. Dangerously cold temperatures will follow this weather event.
