College students are heading back to campus. A fond farewell includes buckling up and putting away the cell phone. 
As many Sheboygan parents pack up their college age childrens vehicles so they can head back to campus for the Spring Semester; don't forget to tell them to buckle up, drive the speed limit and put away the cell phone. Speeding and distracted driving are two of the major factors contributing to accidents. The urge to get back to campus should not result in putting common sense in the "back seat". The campus and their friends will be there when they arrive safely! So, take a moment while they are in your driveway and provide some traffic safety advice!
