Southbound Stony Point Road between Pepper Lane and Petaluma Blvd North is closed.  Northbound lanes are currently open, but with a high tide at around 11PM and continued rain, the northbound lanes may be closed within the hour.   There continues to be large flooding at the interesections of Petaluma Blvd North at Gossage and the Factory Outlets.  Currently there is no threat of flooding to any local residential neighbors. 
Sand bags are available at the north end of Hopper Street.
