Can you help us find this man? He was last seen leaving his family's home in the 4000 block of Wilkie Way just before 11:00 this morning to go to Mitchell Park Library in Palo Alto. He has not come home. Please help us return him to his loved ones.
Peihuang Weng is 80 years old and has dementia. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 115 pounds, and has black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a gray baseball hat, a gray jacket, dark green pants, and brown shoes. Mr. Weng wears a name tag around his neck with his name and family's contact information.He speaks Chinese and a limited amount of English.
We have notified surrounding police agencies and we are actively looking for him right now. If you see Mr. Weng , please call 9-1-1 and keep him under observation until officers arrive to help him.
