The Holgate Parking Lot and access to the Wildlife Refuge from the parking lot will be closed from 1/21/19 until 2/28/19 for construction. During this time there will be no pedestrian or vehicular traffic permitted in this area. Anyone who would like to access the wildlife refuge may do so by walking in from West Ave.
