PCH has fully reopened between Trancas Cyn and Las Posas 
Caltrans has finished clearing debris on PCH. PCH is now fully opened between Trancas Canyon in Malibu and Las Posas in Ventura County.
Residents should continue to exercise caution while driving and remain vigilant for any rocks, mud, tree branches, or other debris in the roadway.
