PCH #2 lanes both dir closed near Las Flores & signals out at Las Flores & Rambla Pacifico to approx 10AM 
SCE overnight emergency repair work to replace two power poles on PCH near Las Flores will continue until approximately 10:00 AM today. The No. 2 lanes on PCH are closed in both directions, and the traffic signals at the PCH intersections at Las Flores and at Rambla Pacifico are out. Motorists should approach the intersections as a four-way stop.
Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the area in both directions.
