Water St will be closed btwn East Park Place & the garage entrance for remainder of week. Parking lot is accessible. 
This is an advisory of a partial road closure which will take place starting tomorrow.
Water Street will be closed from East Park Place at the Green down to the Parking Lot entrance to the P2 level at Headquarters Plaza.
This closure will be between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm each day from Tuesday through Friday and is being done to complete exterior work at the 1776 Building on the Green.
Throughout the closure, motorists will be able to access the parking lot at Headquarters Plaza through the main entrance on Speedwell Avenue or can access the P2 level directly by traveling up from Spring Street.
