* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 10 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Also, isolated power outages will be possible.

* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
