On 01/04/19 at 12:14 A.M., officers of the Janesville Police Department were sent to a Robbery call in the 2900 block of Woodlane Dr. Several officers responded to the scene and immediate area.
The victim reported being approached by the suspect, who displayed a firearm and demanded money. The suspect fled the area on foot with property belonging to the victim. The victim was uninjured in the incident.
A Janesville PD K9 team tracked the suspect from the scene however the suspect was not located. The Investigations Division also assisted with the investigation. Officers are reviewing video surveillance and this remains an on-going investigation.
Suspect Description
Male- Unknown race, approximately 5’04”, 140, and a thin build.
Last seen wearing: Black hooded sweatshirt, Black pants, black shoes, and a black bandana with white designs, covering his face
