* At 9 AM Tuesday the stage was...33.6 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Maximum forecast stage of 34.0 feet on Wednesday January 2.

* Flood stage is 34.0 feet. At 34.0 feet, Businesses along Westover Road are affected by flood waters..

* AFFECTED AREAS: MADISON, TN
