November 12, 2018 thru November 18, 2018
Brian M. Harris, 57, from Burleigh was arrested on November 12 by Patrolman Karge on an active warrant.
Joseph W. Seddon, 46, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 12 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Operating Motor Vehicle with Suspended License.
Curtis L. Patton, 53, from Cape May Court House was arrested on November 13 by Patrolman Jones and charged with Disturbing Good Order and Peace.
Ronald W. Jackson, 39, from Villas was arrested on November 14 by Patrolman Runyon on active warrants.
Karen L. Deluccia, 57, from Rio Grande was arrested on November 14 by Patrolman Young on active warrants.
Theodore W. Nagel, 50, from North Cape May was arrested on November 14 by Patrolman Martindale and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
Carole M. Marshall, 50, from Wildwood was arrested on November 17 by Patrolman Rocca and charged with Theft, Credit Card Theft, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and Shoplifting.
Amy L. Peggs, 18, from Middle River, MD was arrested on November 18 by Patrolman Powderley and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
