* SUNDAY TIDES...Total tide at Astoria is expected to reach 10.8 ft around the time of the 1 PM high tide.
* MONDAY TIDES...Total tide at Astoria is expected to reach 10.5 ft around the time of the 2 PM high tide.
* Impacts...Overflow flooding is most likely to occur at high tide in low-lying areas near bays and sloughs and in the lower reaches of coastal rivers. Fraser Road in Tillamook County is most typically impacted by flooding at these levels.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTH OREGON COAST

Residents in the advisory area should be alert for rising water and take appropriate action to protect life and property. A Coastal Flood Advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
