Power outage update - PSE&G continuing repairs 
POWER OUTAGE UPDATE:
PSE&G has restored power to a portion of customers and continuing repairs at the Madison Street substation
Hoboken PD is sending officers to direct traffic at priority intersections without traffic lights.
Street cleaning is suspended, City Hall and Hoboken Parking Utility are closed for rest of the day
NHSA has confirmed the flood pumps are operational
Emergency personnel are responding at senior buildings with elevator outages
Power is reported out at other municipalities in Hudson County
