* WHERE...Southeast Nicholas, Southeast Webster, Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Saturday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow covered roads. Gusty winds could create low visibility due to blowing snow. Winds may also cause tree limbs to fall resulting in isolated power outages.
