* At 11 PM Thursday the stage was 7.9 feet.

* Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is possible.

* Flood stage may be reached by late tomorrow morning. Preparations for flooding should be taken by this time.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY, WV ... JEFFERSON, WV ... WASHINGTON, MD
