HEAVY RAIN EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY NIGHT. POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD MINOR TO LOCALLY MODERATE COASTAL FLOODING DURING TIMES OF HIGH TIDE FRIDAY MORNING. STRONG SUSTAINED WINDS OF 15 TO 30 MPH WITH GUST 40-45 MPH, ESPECIALLY ALONG THE COAST, ARE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY EVENING. ISOLATED HIGHER GUST MAY OCCUR IN HEAVY RAINFALL.
