Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that on 12/19/2018 at 20:10 Hours his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash that occurred on US-12 and Beebe Rd in Milton Township, Cass County Michigan. Jerry Gross, 37 yr old Niles resident, was west bound on US-12 when he lost control of his vehicle after having a medical problem. Gross's vehicle ran off the road and hit a building. Gross complained of minor injuries and was transported to St. Joe Hospital in Mishawaka. No alcohol or drugs were suspected to be contributing to this crash.
