Flood Warning until 07:15PM 
The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has extended the
* Flood Warning for... Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 715 PM EST Sunday.
* At 1234 PM EST, stream gauges still reported flooding in low areas and on low roadways in Morgan and Berkeley Counties. Included in the locations reporting minor flooding are Jones Springs and Great Cacapon. The gauge at Jones Springs is expected to crest close to 15 feet late this afternoon. At 15 feet, several roads are significantly flooded including Dry Run Road and Daisy Lane.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN, WV ... BERKELEY, WV
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
