* Flood Warning for... Clarke County in northwestern Virginia... Jefferson County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Berkeley County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...
* Until 715 AM EST Sunday.
* At 109 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated stream gauges indicate that flooding of low areas and low roads is expected the rest of the overnight across the area. Rain will lighten and lessen in coverage, but flooding will continue.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MORGAN, WV ... BERKELEY, WV ... CLARKE, VA ... JEFFERSON, WV
Instructions:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Turn around, don't drown.
