Update: Thanks to an anonymous tip, the man in the plaid shirt has been identified and arrested. However, we are still looking to identify the male subject in the yellow sweatshirt. The Sheboygan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two suspects involved in fraudulent use of a credit card that was used at various businesses in Sheboygan.
