STOLEN MAIL AND PACKAGES IN LAKEPORT ON 12-08-18
On Saturday, December 8th Lakeport Police Officers were dispatched to the Bank of America Building where we recovered a significant amount of stolen mail and some packages with contents removed. The mail was from 33 different addresses mostly south of First Street in the City of Lakeport and some from Highway 175 west of the City.
The investigation is ongoing and we will be attempting to contact the owners of the mail tomorrow.
Please be aware that during the holiday season mail and package theft tends to increase.
