* VISIBILITIES...Reduced to less than 500 feet in places.
* TIMING...Fog becoming widespread through the night hours and persisting through mid morning.
* IMPACTS...High risk for travel due to greatly reduced visibility. This includes major transportation routes such as Highways 41...43...46...99...198...152...and Interstate 5.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SOUTHWESTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... WEST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... SOUTHEASTERN SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY ... EAST-CENTRAL SAN JOAQUIN VALLEY
