Green Bay Police Investigating Shooting in the 1200 Block of Chicago Street from Thursday Night - 18-213703
On Thursday, December 6th at approximately 11:34 PM Officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Chicago Street for a report of multiple gunshots being fired. A short time later, our agency was notified that an adult male had arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. The Green Bay Police Department will continue to actively investigate this incident, and we do not believe there is any ongoing danger to the public at this time.
Through the investigation we believe at this time that the shooter and the victim were known to one another, and that this was not a random act of violence that would endanger the general public. As this is an ongoing investigation no additional information can be released at this time.
