* WHERE...Kern County Mountains at elevations above 4000 feet including Interstate 5 over the Grapevine Pass, Cuddy Valley, Pine Mountain Club, Bear Valley, the Highway 58 corridor through Tehachapi Pass, and the Highway 178 corridor over Walker Pass.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact travel.
