UPDATE - PCH is closed in both directions from Busch Dr to County Line. Encinal Cyn closed PCH to 101 Fwy. Bonsall Drive is closed at Rainsford Place in the Malibu Park area. Kanan Dume Rd open, but with recurring rocks and mud. Expect rocks and mud on all canyon roads. 

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning from 7:50 AM until 10:45 AM for the Woolsey and Hill Fire burn areas in Ventura and Los Angeles County. Heavy rain is falling in the area, with 0.33 inch 30 minutes.

Flash flooding and limited debris flows are expected are expected in the Burn area. The warning areas include Malibu Canyon, Las Virgenes and Kanan Dume roads and PCH at the north (west) end of Malibu. Residents living in or immediately downstream should shelter in place and move to a second story or the highest location in your home to stay out of the path of fast-moving water and debris flows.
