PCH closed Busch Dr to County line; Encinal closed PCH to 101 Fwy; Kanan now open 
The Sheriff's Dept reports that PCH is closed in both directions from Busch Dr to the LA/Ventura County line. Encinal Cyn Rd is also closed in both directions from PCH to the 101 Freeway.
Kanan was closed earlier from PCH to the 101 Fwy, but was reopened at 8:45 AM.
Rain is expected to continue, heavy at times, through the day. Motorists should be exceptionally cautious and watch for flooding, mud, debris, and rocks in roadways.
