Early Morning Catch Basin Cleaning on Elm Street 
The Department of Public Works will be cleaning catch basins on Elm Street from Bridge Street to Queen City Avenue beginning Monday, December 10th and continuing until December 21st.
This work will take place between the hours of 4:00 am and 7:00 am.
There will be no parking signs posted in the immediate work area to allow access for this work to be done.
