All City streets and canyon roads open 
As of Friday morning, all City streets and canyon roads are open, including Cuthbert Rd, Rainsford Pl and Bonsall Dr. However, some roadways still have mud and debris on them, and some are extremely slick, such as Cuthbert Rd and Harvester Dr. Motorists should proceed with caution.
City crews are running the canyons and City streets with multiple blade trucks, while other crews are working to clean up debris in the Malibu Park area. SCE and communication providers also continue their work to repair fire-damaged lines.
Intermittent lane closures may be required throughout this process. Motorists should allow extra time and be prepared for some minor delays.
