Heavy rain currently in Malibu with rocks in lanes on Kanan Rd and Malibu Cyn. No current road closures. Crews are patrolling and clearing roads with blade trucks. Beware dangerous conditions, potential for flooding, mud and debris flows & rocks in roads.
