11/12/18 WTPD arrested Malcolm Nugent, age 29, and Wayne Davidson, age 39, both of Washington, NJ. On 11/12/18 at approximately 6:48 PM, patrol responded to a dispute at the Hickory Hill Motel, 276 Rte 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, both men were arrested. Mr. Davidson was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance, processed and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Nugent was found to have an outstanding $750.00 warrant out of Washington Township and he was also charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Mr. Nugent was processed an lodged in the WC Jail.

11/12/18 WTPD arrested Franklin Cesare-Hesse, age 29, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.
11/13/18 WTPD arrested Gary Maguire, age 46, of Washington, NJ for violation of a court order. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

11/14/18 WTPD arrested Tyquan Randall, age 24, of Allentown, PA for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/16/18 WTPD arrested Heather Keen, age 27, of Washington, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. She was processed and released with a new court date.

11/16/18 WTPD arrested Rony Jakobovich, age 61, of Tannersville, PA for a $750.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark. On 11/16/18 at 9:08 AM, patrol responded to a single car minor motor vehicle accident in the 50 block of Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that a passenger, Mr. Jakobovich had a warrant for his arrest. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/16/18 WTPD arrested Harrison Heymach, age 18, of Phillipsburg, NJ for possession of (CDS) under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 11/16/18 at approximately 11:48 PM, patrol checked a suspicious vehicle at Rite Aid, 354 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Heymach’s arrest for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested without incident, processed and charged with possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with a mandatory court date.

11/17/18 WTPD arrested Morgan Maurawski, age 21, of Phillipsburg, NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). On 11/17/18 at approximately 1:11 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on Harmony-Brass Castle Rd. in Washington Township for failure to maintain lanes. The officer’s investigation resulted in the driver’s, Ms. Maurawski’s, arrest for (DWI). She had a BAC of .19%. Ms. Marawski was charged with failure to maintain lanes, careless driving and (DWI). She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

11/17/18 WTPD arrested a 14 year old, of Belvidere, NJ for shoplifting. On 11/17/18 at approximately 3:12 AM, patrol responded to Quick Chek, 350 Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a reported shoplifting. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that juvenile had taken more than $500.00 in Juul electronic cigarettes. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.

11/19/18 WTPD arrested a 15 year old, of Washington, NJ for possession of (CDS) marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of an alcoholic beverage. On 11/19/18 at approximately 11:15 AM, the School Resource Officer at the Warren Hills Regional High School, 41 Jacksons Valley Rd. in Washington Township, charged a juvenile for being in possession of CDS and an alcoholic beverage. The juvenile was processed and released to a parent pending further court action within the juvenile justice system.

11/19/18 WTPD arrested Riki Werner, age 27, of Washington, NJ for a $99.00 outstanding warrant out of Union Township. On 11/19/18 at 6:06 PM, patrol responded to a minor motor vehicle accident in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that a passenger, Ms. Werner had a warrant for her arrest. She was processed and released after posting bail.

11/20/18 WTPD arrested Emmanuel Wright, age 26, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/20/18 WTPD arrested Maria Connelly, age 52, of Belleville, NJ and Sarah Spinelli, age 22, of Long Branch, NJ. On 11/20/18 at approximately 4:37 PM, patrol responded to the Dunkin Donuts, 345 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a report of soliciting without a permit. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation it revealed that Ms. Connolly had an outstanding $500.00 warrant for her arrest out of Paterson and Ms. Spinelli had an outstanding $876.00 warrant for her arrest out of Stafford Township. Both subjects were arrested on the outstanding warrants without incident. They were processed, given new court dates on the warrants and charged with a local ordinance of soliciting without a permit. Both women were released with mandatory court date(s).

11/20/18 WTPD arrested George Nelson, age 71, of Port Orange, FL for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 11/20/18 at approximately 6:51 PM, patrol observed a man urinating on a building in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave. Mr. Nelson was issued a summons for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was released with mandatory court date.

11/20/18 WTPD arrested Bradley Rodenbough, age 50, of Phillipsburg, NJ and John Hermes, age 35, of Port Murray, NJ. On 11/20/18 at approximately 8:09 PM, patrol responded to a dispute in the 60 block of E. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Hermes was charged with a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and released with a mandatory court date. Mr. Rodenbough was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance and violation of a court order. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

11/20/18 WTPD arrested Anthony Valentino, age 30, of Stroudsburg, PA for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/21/18 WTPD arrested Joseph Reiner, age 51, of Glen Gardner, NJ for a $1000.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/22/18 WTPD arrested Gregory Miller, age 48, of Tobyhanna, PA for outstanding warrants totaling $280.00 out of Newark and Union Township(s). On 11/22/18 at 2:32 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 1st block of Rte. 31 N. in Washington Township for maintenance of lamps. The officer’s investigation resulted in Mr. Miller’s arrest for the outstanding warrant(s). He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for maintenance of lamps and released with new court date(s).

11/23/18 WTPD arrested Ryan Sutton, age 35, of Washington, NJ for an outstanding $2000.00 warrant out of Eastampton Township. On 11/23/18 at 2:31 AM, patrol responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 200 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Sutton, had a warrant for his arrest. He was processed and released with a new court date.

11/24/18 WTPD arrested Michael Quick, age 20, of Hackettstown, NJ and Frank Quick, age 19, of Budd Lake, NJ. for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana. On 11/24/18 at approximately 10:30 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 300 block of Rte. 57 W. of Washington Township for an obstructed front view. The officer’s investigation resulted in Michael Quick’s arrest for possession of (CDS) less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Frank Quick was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael was charged with possession of CDS less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date. Frank was issued a motor vehicle summons for an obstructed front view and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

11/25/18 WTPD arrested Montrez Tims, age 22, of Neptune, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Neptune and Middletown Township(s). On 11/25/18 at 11:42 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 400 block of Rte. 57 W. in Washington Township for a front view obstruction. The officer’s investigation resulted in a passenger, Mr. Tims’ arrest for the outstanding warrant(s). He was processed, and released with new court date(s).

11/25/18 WTPD arrested Alicia Kemple, age 30, of Oxford, NJ for a $300.00 outstanding warrant out of Oxford Township. She was processed and released with a new court date.
