BURGLARY CASE SOLVED

Your Wisconsin Rapids Police Department wants to say "Thank You" to those who viewed and shared and helped identify the suspect in our recent Burglary case.

A 48-year-old male was taken into custody. We know people are curious, but we don't post names of suspects or defendants on our Nixle page.

The suspect was arrested for a Department of Corrections Warrant, Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

We tip our hats to those who sent in tips to the Wood County Crime Stoppers, the outside agencies like the Wood County Sheriff's Department and Plover Police Department who helped and our team of investigating Officers who worked hard to bring this incident to completion.

Thank You and have a great rest of the week
