* TIMING...The strongest winds will occur east of I-55 through 9 am, then slowly diminish the rest of today.

* WINDS...Northwest winds of 25 to 35 mph will gust from 40 to 50 mph through 9 am this morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult for high profile vehicles. Some tree limbs may be broken by these strong winds.
