North winds gusting as high as 35 to 45 mph will result in visibility less than a quarter mile at times. The worst of the visibility will between 2 am and 8 am on the Nebraska side and roughly between 4 am and 10 am on the Kansas side. In addition, wind chills on Sunday morning will fall into the single digits to near 10 degrees.
