* WHAT...Sleet and freezing rain developing after midnight, transitioning to all freezing rain by sunrise Saturday. Total ice accumulations of one to two tenths of an inch expected. Total sleet accumulations of less than a quarter of an inch.
* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday. Worst of it 4 AM to 7 AM.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions and allow extra travel time. Isolated power outages due to minor tree damage with a combination of ice, and wind gusts up to 30 mph.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST POCAHONTAS ... SOUTHEAST RANDOLPH
