November 12th

Warrant - Denny’s, 11344 San Pablo Avenue
An officer pulled over a car for a vehicle code violation and arrested a woman from Antioch on a Contra Costa County warrant. The woman was booked at the ECPD and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Driving Under the Influence – Potrero Avenue / S. 56th Street
An officer pulled over a car for a vehicle code violation and determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for DUI.

Warrant -5200 block of Gordon Avenue
An officer arrested a Richmond man on a Contra Costa County warrant. The man was booked at the ECPD and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Driving Under the Influence – 400 block of Richmond Street
An officer found a driver of a car slumped over the wheel on the roadway. The officer determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was booked at the ECPD and then released.

November 13th

Driving Under the Influence – Arlington Blvd at Lam Court
An officer pulled over a car for a vehicle code violation and determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was booked at the ECPD and then released.

Auto Burglary – Walgreen’s, 11545 San Pablo Avenue
Between 9:50 pm and 9:57 pm an unidentified suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole a backpack containing a cell phone and clothes.

Auto Burglary – Los Moles, 11299 San Pablo Avenue
Between 9:20 pm and 9:45 pm an unidentified suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole musical instruments worth $1200.00.

November 14th

Auto Burglary – Kearney Street / Conlon Avenue
Between 8:45 am and 5:26 pm an unidentified suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole a duffel bag containing household items.

November 15th

Auto Burglary – POST Office, 11155 San Pablo Avenue
Between 6:30 pm and 7:15 pm an unidentified suspect smashed the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole a purse containing cash, credit cards, and a cellular telephone.

Robbery – Little Caesars Pizza, 11299 San Pablo Avenue
At 9:27 pm a masked suspect came into the store, pointed a gun at the employees, and demanded money. The employees opened their cash registers and turned over cash to the suspect who fled then fled the business.

Driving Under the Influence – San Pablo Avenue at Columbia Avenue
An officer pulled over a car for a vehicle code violation and determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested and booked at the ECPD.

Nov. 16

Shoplifting – 10600 San Pablo Avenue
At 12:45 pm, an officer reports two unknown subjects entered the business, selected cosmetic items, and fled the store to an awaiting vehicle. The estimated total loss was $150.00.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Madera Dr and Madera Cir
At 2:16 pm, a community service officer reports the recovery a vehicle which was stolen in Vallejo on October 24.

Grand Theft – 410 El Cerrito Plaza
At 3:57 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect entered the business and cut the security cord to a display cell phone. The suspect concealed the phone and then fled from the business.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery – S. 52nd St / Potrero Ave
At 8:30 pm, an officer located a stolen Honda CRV which was reported stolen to the Oakland Police Department earlier in the month. The vehicle was towed from the roadway.

Nov. 17

Violation of Court Order, Domestic Battery – 2500 block of Carquinez Ave
At 12:18 pm, officers were dispatched to a report of a female and male in a heated argument. Officers arrived in the area and located an adult male and female in a vehicle. When speaking to the female, she had visible injuries but denied any physical altercation. The female had a restraining order against the male which only allowed for peaceful contact. Due to the restraining order violation and injuries to the female, the male was taken into custody. The male was booked and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Warrant Arrest – 11500 San Pablo Ave
At 10:42 pm, an officer contacted a juvenile and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. The juvenile was booked and then transported to juvenile hall.

Vehicle Pursuit – Potrero Ave / Eastshore Blvd
At 1:25 am, an officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a vehicle which failed to yield to the officer’s emergency equipment. Following a brief chase, the vehicle was able to avoid capture. The vehicle was later located unoccupied and found to have been reported stolen to the San Francisco Police Department in October.

DUI – Carlson Blvd / Lassen St
At 2:07 am, an officer contacted a 27-year-old Berkeley woman during a traffic stop and arrested her for DUI. The woman was later released from the El Cerrito Police Department with a citation.

Nov. 18

Auto burglary – 500 Lexington Ave
At 7:02 am, an officer reports an unknown suspect shattered the rear window to the victim’s truck and removed a bag containing misc. items.

Stolen vehicle recovery – 2700 block of Sonoma St
At 2:21 pm, an officer reports the recovery of a vehicle which was stolen during a residential burglary in Richmond. The vehicle was released to the owner at the scene.

Auto burglary – 1500 block of S. 56th St
At 7:59 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect shattered the rear driver side window to the victim’s vehicle and stole clothing.

Auto burglary – 11500 block of San Pablo Ave
At 9:02 pm, an officer reports an unknown suspect shattered the rear driver side window to the victim’s SUV and stole a suitcase.

Nov. 19

Grand Theft and Trespassing – 11785 San Pablo Ave (Launderland)
At 12:01 pm, a 21-year-old male was loitering inside the business and stole the victim’s purse. The male fled the business prior to police arrival. Later that same day, officers located the male responsible for the theft and arrested him. The male was booked at the ECPD and then transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Warrant Arrest – Cutting Blvd / San Pablo Ave
At 9:57 pm, an officer contacted a 41-year-old transient male who had an active ECPD warrant for his arrest. The man was arrested and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.
