Sheboygan Police identify victim in death investigation. 
11/21/18: Follow up: On Tuesday, November 20th, Sheboygan Police responded to a residence in the 1300 block of Michigan Avenue after receiving a call from a citizen that an overdose victim was being concealed in the residence. Police responded and located a deceased male concealed in a crawl space in the residence. The victim in the incident has been identified as Matthew Mercure, age 30, of Sheboygan. The cause of death is consistent with an overdose. Sheboygan Police are continuing to follow up on this incident. Anyone with any information are asked to call Sheboygan Police at 920-459-3333.
