At approximately 3pm today, Green Bay Police Officers located Tricia safe inside a residence at 821 E. Walnut St.

The Green Bay Police Department is looking for assistance in locating Tricia Kiley, a 25 yr-old Green Bay resident. She was last seen in the 300 blk of S. Adams Street during the morning of November 19th, 2018. People close to her are concerned for her welfare and would like her safe return.

Tricia was last seen wearing a white winter jacket, gray tank top, and black leggings. She also has two lower lip piercings. She is considered missing with a disability and is potentially with a Leo Wolf but her location is unknown. Investigators have reached out to departments as far as Milwaukee to determine the whereabouts of Tricia.
