Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing to assist Azusa Police Department with their investigation into the shooting death of a male Hispanic adult in his mid-30’s.  The incident occurred on Wednesday November 21, 2018, at approximately 12:30 a.m., on the 600 block of North Rockvale Avenue, Azusa.
 
Homicide Detectives have learned that Azusa Police Department received multiple calls of shots being fired in the area.  One caller believed their apartment had been struck by gunfire.  Azusa Police Officer’s responded to the location and upon their arrival located the victim on the front doorstep suffering from at least one gunshot wound. 
 
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 
 
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to assist Azusa PD with an investigation into the shooting death of a man. The incident occurred on Wednesday November 21, 2018, at approximately 12:38 a.m., on the 600 block of North Rockvale, Avenue, Azusa.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
