Mandatory evacuation lifted for Corral Canyon area of Malibu. Update on Current Road Closures and Openings in Malibu (Tues, Nov. 20)

UPDATE - The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced the repopulation of the Corral Canyon area in Malibu impacted by the Woolsey Fire, effective Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 10:00 AM. The following areas are open to residents with ID only:

• North of Pacific Coast Highway
• South of Creekside Road
• East of Barrymore Drive
• West of Corral Canyon

Road Closures (hard closure - no residents allowed):
• Northbound Corral Canyon Road closed at Creekside Road
• Northbound Barrrymore Drive closed north of Seabreeze neighborhood
• PCH closed at Mulholland Hwy (Leo Carillo State Beach)
• Decker Rd (Hwy 23) closed • Encinal Canyon Rd closed
• Kanan Rd closed
• Latigo Canyon Rd closed
*Road closures may change based on ongoing utility work.

PCH is open in Malibu city limits in both directions to the general public. Malibu Canyon Rd is open in both directions.

To determine if a property is in an area that has been repopulated, go to: Enter an address for the Woolsey Fire area in the search field. The map will show red areas that are still closed and unsafe to return and green areas that are open for repopulation.
