VICTIM:  Female Adult
 
SUSPECT(S):  Unknown
 
UNIT:  Homicide Bureau – Lieutenant Hoglund
 
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives have responded to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a Female adult.  The incident occurred on Monday, November 19, 2018, at 8:19 p.m. on the 15000 block of Cameo Avenue, Norwalk.
 
Detectives have learned that Norwalk Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to a shots fired call.  Upon the deputies arrival they discovered a Female adult suffering from at least one gunshot wound. 
 
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. 
 
Neither the motive nor the suspect(s) have been identified.
Detectives continue to process the scene and there is no further information available.
