Dense Fog Advisory until 08:00AM
Areas of dense fog have developed in the valleys and along waterways. Impacts will continue through 8 am. While a good portion of the area may see good visibilities through the night. Visibilities will drop to 1/4 of mile very quickly near the waterways and valleys. This could result in an abrupt drop in visibility as you approach these areas. The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 8 AM CST this morning.
