The Jackson Police Department is proud to announce the recent graduation of Lieutenant Danielle Jones from the Southeastern Leadership Academy (SELA).
On November 9, 2018, Lieutenant Jones graduated from a five week program which focused on training involving leadership, budgeting, and command. SELA is considered an elite command course for future law enforcement leaders. According to Lieutenant Jones, the Myers Briggs personality training was one of the most informative portions of the training. "The Myers Briggs personality test was spot on" said Lieutenant Jones.
Lieutenant Jones was elected Class Secretary and she also received an Outstanding Achievement Award. Lieutenant Jones received this award for her organization and leadership skills. "I appreciate Chief Wiser and the City of Jackson for allowing me this opportunity, said Lieutenant Jones.
