BIPD requests you be on the look out for a missing and elderly person with recent stroke history. Please call 911 if you see James C. Lovell 9-4-1947. He was last seen at 2000 on 11-15-2018 on Ihland near Madison Avenue. He is described as a white male, 5'11" 160 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and blue jeans with brown shoes. He has very limited speech capability due to his stroke. He doesn't have his cellular phone with him.
