This in no way reaches an Elsa alert but the snow has made driving horrible. Keep it under the posted speed and leave room for breaking. Turns will cause you to slip so make sure you take them slowly.
Bridges are almost impassable but all trucks are out and have been advised.
Accidents are coming in on all major roads.
