At 809 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated rain ending across the warned area but locally excessive runoff will continue through late morning. Stream and river levels throughout the Tyger, Pacolet and Green River basins will continue to run high and flooding of low- spots remained likely.
* AFFECTED AREAS: GREENVILLE, SC ... HENDERSON, NC ... SPARTANBURG, SC ... POLK, NC
